Helena's teaches Vinyasa Flow Yoga also known as "Flow" which is a string of Yoga Poses that come together to make a creative sequence. There are different levels to represent experience recommended for each class....
Beginner Yoga Flow
Mon 6.30pm - 7.45pm or Wed 8.15 -9.30pm Next course starts Monday 10th or Wednesday 12th Sep
A Great Place to start! I offer 6 week courses for the ultimate beginner! You will start off Slow, getting familiar with focusing on your breathing and the movement of your body and combining the two creating mindful movement. You will learn many of the foundation poses in Yoga building on your Strength, stability, flexibility and Focus. As the weeks progress we will learn more & more and the fundamentals of Sun Salutations so that you can practice confidently and with a sense of ease. Deep Relaxation to finish is always a treat :)
I know starting anything new can be daunting so be assured I will welcome you with a warm and attentive presence :)
Vinyasa Yoga Flow - level 1
Tuesdays 8.15 - 9.30pm & Thursdays 6.30 - 7.45pm
If you have already attended one of my 6 week beginners Courses or you have some Yoga experience then Vinyasa Yoga Flow level 1 is the class for you :)
Each class begins with a warm welcome, time to settle into your practice - letting go of your day, focusing on your breath and connect inwards. A nice long warm-up followed by Sun salutations & Creative Flows.
This class is designed to challenge you, always remembering that you are your own guide. I offer variations of poses and encourage you to honor your body, at times pushing yourself further and also resting when needed. We create our foundation and build our Beginners poses with some Intermediate poses intertwined! Build Confidence, Strength, Flexibility, Balance, Focus & Concentration, Release, Relax, Unwind, Surrender :)
Deep Relaxation to finish is always a treat :)
Vinyasa Yoga Flow - level 2
Wednesdays 6.30 - 7.45pm (Class is 6pm - 7.15pm changing to 6.30 - 7.45 on Wednesday 12 Sep)
If you enjoy a Strong, Dynamic & Fast Paced class & you have some Yoga experience then Vinyasa Yoga Flow Level 2 is the class for you :)! Our Power Class always begins with time to center & focus while warming up your body leading into Sun salutations. Sequences are designed to be challenging, infused with energy and focus on building core, lower and Upper body strength. The Breath is consistently our anchor. Using Beginner poses as our foundations, building on Intermediate poses and exploring advanced poses! Deep relaxation to finish is always a treat :)
Gentle Yoga Flow - Mixed Level
Fridays 9.45 - 11.00am
If you are a Beginner or interested in a slower paced class then Gentle Flow Yoga is the class for you.
Glow from the inside out as we take it slow and soft with a strong awareness in the joints of your body releasing build up tensions and improving joint mobility!
This is a slow paced class but it is not a walk in the park - it is Yoga so be prepared to also be challenged while building on your strength and stability :)

Sports Yoga - James - 0860875035
Thursdays 8.15 pm - 9.15 pm, €65 for 6 weeks, €12 Drop-in
Yoga will help you with your sport enhancing athletic performance, preventing injuries and increasing flexibility. Overtraining can lead to shortened and fatigued muscles/connective tissue, which eventually creates injuries. Through this Yoga practice, you will bring back flexibility and strength, helping to protect the body and reduce the risk of injury.
Learn how to bring calmness to the mind before and during events through breath-work which will enhance your focus and concentration, giving you the edge.

I teach a FUSION CLASS of the UNIVERSAL ENERGY ARTS (www.UniversalEnergyArts.com) so we will practice - Infinite TAI Chi, various CHI KUNG (energy raising sequences), various HEALING SOUNDS (YES! Sound's you make yourself to balance the energy of the internal organs and energy centres/chakras!!!), YOGA - especially MERIDIAN STRETCHING & TRACING CHI YOGA to open up the energy channels/meridians (to allow our energy to flow up, down and all around our body unimpeded); Self-nurturing and nourishing techniques to ease your body, mind, emotions and lift your spirit!
We'll be Aligning ourselves with the Universe rather than with social media and the relentless drip-feed of newsfeed/music/story/external noise!!! We will tune in to Nature and the Elements to re-connect with ourselves so that we can bring ourselves back into harmony, returning balance to our lives.
As we do the practice and raise our energetic vibration it's easier to concentrate and to hold one-pointed focus, or MEDITATION.
We will practice moving and non-moving meditations and of course, EVERYBODY'S FAVOURITE - RELAXATION
