Suitable for beginners and continuing levels class – all levels Welcome

Hatha style yoga is a slower paced class that stretches, strengthens and tones your whole body. Students will be encouraged to listen to their bodies and move at their own pace so that they can practice yoga in a way that suits them best.

 

This class will incorporate breath-work (pranayama), gentle stretches and postures (asanas) and relaxation to finish

Hatha Yoga with Laura 

​

Laura began taking yoga classes in 2007 as a form of physical exercise and immediately fell in love with it. She was amazed at how quickly she felt the benefits and soon discovered that yoga had a lot more to offer than physical benefits.   Regular practice has changed the way Laura thinks about herself and others, has opened her mind, makes her feel calmer and has had an overall positive impact in her life.

 

Laura believes that yoga is for everyone and that yoga doesn’t care about your size, shape age or how flexible you are, you just need to give it a go!  Laura is a graduate of Yoga Diploma Training Cork and have being instructing yoga since 2015. She teaches hatha yoga which is a slower style of yoga and each class has a strong focus on pranayama, alignment of postures and relaxation.
