Yoga offers women many physical and emotional health benefits at this time of change. Gentle movement, relaxation and breath work will help you develop the skills necessary to cope with the demands of labour and motherhood. During pregnancy, you want to stay in shape and do what is best for your baby-to-be. Prenatal yoga is a wonderful way to do both. Whether you are new to yoga or already an experienced practitioner, you can enjoy the benefits of yoga while pregnant.

Yoga classes are a great way to prepare you for the birthing process as well as enjoy the company of other pregnant women.

Linda Bradley
Linda started her Yoga practice in 2007 and immediately fell in love with it. She was amazed at how quickly she started to feel the benefits of the practice - benefits which were not just physical. Linda found that a moderate and regular practice could have a powerful effect. She was so inspired by the effects of her own practice that she enrolled on a teacher training course just a year later. Linda qualified in 2009 from the YTTC and has been teaching in Cork ever since.
While doing her teacher training in Cork with the YTTC she also received her prenatal yoga training. In 2010 she had a baby boy and firmly believes she would not have delivered her baby naturally if it wasn't for yoga. In 2012 she started a second teacher training course with Carol Murphy of Green Lotus in the Yoga Loft in Cork where she qualified in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. In 2015 she attended the Elbowroom in Dublin and completed a prenatal teacher training course and mum and baby course. She also gave birth to her second boy in November and once again found the benefits for pregnancy yoga hugely helpful in the delivery of her baby. In March of this year, 2016, Linda trained in pregnancy massage. Her dream is to be able to help all mums and mums to be in any way possible
